Creating your account, whether you have a license or it is free, is very simple. Just make sure you receive the confirmation email.
Create your licensed account
When you sign your contract with Geotrend, our CSM team will create a dedicated account for you. It is important that you provide us with your email address, as this will be your login.
Once your account has been created, you will receive an email containing a temporary password, which you will have to change the first time you connect.
To change the password, after you have logged in, go to your personal space (top right). Click on "My account" then go to "Preferences" and at the bottom of the page in the "Security" section, then click on "Reset password".
An email will be sent to you inviting you to redefine your password. 
Once redefined you will be able to connect to Geotrend with your new password.
NB: It is sometimes possible that the generated email may end up in your spam. Be sure to check them if you do not receive the email quickly after your request.

Create your free account
The creation of a free account is necessary to have access to one or several maps that we will have shared with you by email and if you are not a licensed account holder.
Go to the app.geotrend.fr page. You will be asked to log in or create an account ("sign up"). Click on "sign up".
You can choose to log in with a Google account, a LinkedIn account, or simply enter a valid email address and a password.
Once you have chosen to log in, you will be taken to your personal space. On this page, you will find many maps created by our teams and made available to you.
To visualize a cartography via a link that we will have shared with you, nothing could be simpler, you simply have to click on this link which will take you directly to the same page of authentication. Follow the instructions above and at the end of your registration, you will have direct access to the research that has been shared with you.
