"Relevance" filter

You can use the "Relevance" filter to navigate through the information and tweak your search field.

Each document has a relevance score, which is assigned to it during its analysis by Geotrend's Artificial Intelligence. This score, linked to your search subject, is established according to several parameters including the terms of your query, the number of repetitions of these terms...

The "Relevance" filter allows you to observe the relevance level of the documents in your search by using the filter bar at the top left of your screen.

A low relevance level does not mean that the articles presented are not relevant, it will allow the detection of weak signals but may also bring noise.  On the other hand, a high relevance level will show you fewer results but very focused on your search topic. This can be useful for targeting technologies for example.

If you want to know more about the filters globaly use, have a look to the article : "The different filters available on Geotrend".

Note that it is possible to display this filter with a direct access on the top left corner of your screen without going in "All filters". This can be modified in your parameters. To learn more about that, take a look at the articles: "Configure your account" and "The different filters available on Geotrend".
