Function of the intitle: operator

The Boolean operator intitle: allows you to search for a specific term or expression among the article titles.

The Boolean operator intitle: allows you to emphasize a term of your search, which must then be present in the title of the collected documents. The presence or absence of this term in the title will strongly influence the relevance level of each article. This operator also helps to limit the number of articles that are not oriented towards the subject of study.

This Boolean, which is very qualitative, however, reduces the detection of weak signals. For example, if you search for the keyword glyphosate in the title of the documents, the information will only concern this chemical product. However, there are other documents about agriculture in general that could possibly mention glyphosate or similar products and will be excluded from the search by this operator.
