At any time, you can share all of your searches with a specific member of your team.
Once you have completed a search, you can choose to share it with your entire team or with just one or more specific members via the features panel on the right side of your screen.
The last sharing option allows you to search by email address for each member of your team. With the first letters of the email address, Geotrend will automatically propose all the accounts of your team that can correspond to that email address. You can then select the desired contact. You also have the possibility to personalize a message to him/her.
Any person included in your contract is considered a member of your team. For security reasons, you can only share your searches with them. By activating the sharing feature, each selected member will have access to your search from their personal catalog.
Your own searches are distinguished from those that have been shared with you by an icon on any shared search. This specific symbol allows everyone to identify the searches that have been shared and their owner.
Each member has full access to the shared searches. However, only the owner of the search can modify its content, such as adding a URL, deleting a document or performing a "Find More".
